Hi, I’m Lech (aka Alex). Here’s what’s occupying my time and energy these days:

Family

Being a Husband and Dad: Family comes first. Supporting my wife Agnes in her career and being there for my three kids are my top priorities. Whether it’s helping A. get ready for his studies, supporting B. in his artistic journey, or guiding J. as he discovers the world, I’m here for them.

Project Manager: My work revolves around managing projects, mentoring others, and continually refining my skills.
Mentorship: I’m mentoring colleagues to grow their skills and navigate their professional challenges.
Speaking & Writing: Preparing for IT meetups and maintaining my professional blogs on project management and innovation keeps me engaged with my industry.

Languages: Actively improving my Spanish and German to support upcoming plans and broaden my horizons.
AI & Data Science: Delving into the fascinating world of AI and exploring its applications.
Self-Improvement: I’m always learning—whether it’s about new tools, productivity, or personal growth.

Sports: My weeks are filled with badminton, running, and strength training. Staying active is key to my mental and physical balance.
RPGs: As a gamemaster, I love creating immersive experiences for my players. RPG prep is an outlet for my creativity and storytelling.
Music: Playing instruments like guitar, piano, and congas remains a cherished hobby, though I juggle it with my other commitments.
Photography: I capture moments to sharpen the lens through which I see life. It’s not about exhibitions or accolades—it’s about appreciating the world around me, one frame at a time.

Home Improvements: From fixing leaks to completing renovations, I’m chipping away at tasks to make our house better for the whole family.
Relocation Plans: Preparing finances, language skills, and other logistics for a potential move one day—a dream for safety, and opportunity.
Collecting Stories: Whether it’s through photography, RPGs, or writing, I’m channeling my creative energy into preserving memories and creating new ones.

Simplifying life by migrating systems (like my move to Linux after 20 years) and integrating tools that better support my workflows.
